Lust Have It are an Aussie based beauty subscription box company that promise to send out 5 to 6 samples in their monthly Beauty Box for $19.95AUD with a $2.95 postage charge. The contents are a surprise, with Lust Have It aiming to provide you with an assortment of items you might not necessarily have picked up yourself (but will hopefully enjoy!).
Teeez's Spectrum of Stars eyeshadows are truly beautiful, from the presentation to the eyeshadow itself! I received the shade Sea Glare, which is a sheer teal with strong green shimmer. It applied evenly without any fall out but I would have loved to see stronger colour intensity. Sea Glare is definitely an eyeshadow that needs a coloured base to really pop.
I've used Sea Glare along the inner half of my lower lashline in this look. The rest of the eyeshados are by Notoriously Morbid and the false eyelashes are from Born Pretty Store (use code LR10K31 for 10% off).
Leggings two months in a row, it's like Lust Have It know me! These Razzamatazz leggings fit well and are quite flattering. I'm loving these in lieu of tights with dresses and boots at the moment, they're a bit thicker and warmer than my regular tights which is essential in this cold weather! Brrrr!
It takes a lot to get me to deviate from a favourite liquid eyeliner formula, but I'm glad I gave the Starlooks Pro Luxe Longwear Eyeliner Pen a chance. Eyeliner pens are my favorite format for liquid, they're so much easier for me to control. The Starlooks eyeliner has a lovely glossy finish and wears really well on my oily eyelids; I didn't notice any creasing which is usually an issue for me with a glossy formula. The felt tip is a bit thicker than I'm used to so that threw me initially but I got there in the end.
The eyeshadows in this look are from Darling Girl Cosmetics while the lashes are once again from Born Pretty Store, I love how glossy the Starlooks eyeliner is!
This Urban Skincare Co Infuse Body Balm was the mystery item for this box and it's quite a pleasant surprise. It's a deeply moisturising body lotion ('balm' to me indicates a thicker product, and this is much runnier than that) which absorbs quickly and isn't greasy at all. The scent is a softened citrus; if you've tried LUSH's Refresher Shower Jelly it reminds me strongly of that.
The PHR Recovery Leave-In Moisturiser was unfortunately a bit of a dud for me. It didn't seem to do anything for my hair except make it greasier faster. Hair products are incredibly subjective though, so it might be better for others. My hair is thick but weighed down by products easily, for reference.
Rounding out the May box is this Lollipops Paris tinted lip balm with a pomegranate scent. It's very sweet and fresh, bordering on sickly to my nose, but it hydrates well enough and leaves a pretty pink tint to my lips.
