A Fyrinnae A Day: Lucky Charmed Swatches & Review

Hey lovelies,

Yet another stunner from Fyrinnae to show you today. This is Lucky Charmed, a molten golden olive.

This was a free sample thrown in with my order. Before it arrived, I'd already placed a second order with a jar of this included, so guess what will be featuring in a future giveaway :D I'm unsure exactly how much is included in the free samples - it's definitely less than the regular samples you buy, which contain 1/3 of a teaspoon. There's still enough here for plenty of uses though.

Fyrinnae's description:

Lush, metallic warm green with a touch of cooler green sparkle throughout.

Swatched dry (left) and patted over Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy (right), photographed in sunlight. This shade is gorgeous both dry and over Pixie Epoxy, it's just a bit more molten looking over the Epoxy.

On the lids I feel like Lucky Charmed pulls a little more chartreuse. I really love it, it's so glowy and pretty without being overwhelming. I kept it pared back with neutrals when I wore it since it was going to be complimenting a bright lip but I'm hanging out to do a full on green eyeshadow look with it.

What I liked:
  • Stunning colour pay off - doesn't require Pixie Epoxy to look great.
  • Great price - the eyeshadow minis are $2.25USD (containing 1/3 teaspoon - I purchased all minis), full size jars are $6.25USD.
What I didn't like:
  • Nada!
