Rimmel Vinyl Gloss - Star Asset and Wicked Swatches & Review

Hey lovelies,

I have some pretty lipglosses to share with you today! Two of Rimmel's lipglosses from their vinyl line: Wicked and Star Asset.

First up, we have Wicked. Wicked is a sheer pale green lipgloss with pretty sparkle, almost light chartreuse. When I picked it up I was quite amused by the idea of green lipgloss!

I got a bit of red lipstick on the doefoot applicator, whoops!

Look at that sparkle!

On its own, Wicked is mostly clear, although you can can see a faint yellow tinge where I didn't even it out enough. It has lovely shimmer, reminiscent of MAC Dazzleglasses, but it isn't as tacky as Dazzleglasses. Wicked has a faint sweet scent.

Wicked looks lovely layered too, here it is over red.

Star Asset is a pale pink gloss which is even sparklier than Wicked!

Instead of a doefoot applicator, it has a brush, which makes application very easy.

Sparkle, sparkle! It reminds me a little of OPI I Lily Love You here.

Wow, look at how sparkly Star Asset is! I love the iridescent glitter. Like Wicked, Star Asset has minimal tackiness and a light sweet scent. Neither are particularly long wearing, but that's lip gloss for you.

These two glosses both appear to be discontinued according to Rimmel's site. I picked mine up at Uncle Bill's last year for around $3 each, but they seem to be available at discount stores and websites still.

I found Wicked listed at Fragrance Direct for just 99p and Star Asset on Amazon for £3.29.
